Laboratory Chemicals and Reagents

The entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the aforementioned works. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap. 205.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address listed below under section 7(a), from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or visit the school website under “Tenders.”

The bidding documents, in English, may be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the Administration Block starting from 2nd July 2025.

Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address listed under section 7(a), and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 150,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Fifty Thousand). Payment shall be made through Stanbic Bank (Account Name: Gayaza High School, Account No: 9030005991713). Upon presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the Administration Block beginning on 2nd July 2025.

Bids must be delivered to the address listed under section 7(a) on or before 11:00 a.m. on 25th July 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration valid until 3rd December 2025. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address listed under section 7(b) at 11:30 a.m. on 25th July 2025. There will be no pre-bid meeting.
