Completion of Boundary Wall at Gayaza High School

Dear Bidders,

1. Gayaza High School has allocated funds to be used for the Completion of the boundary wall at GHS. Procurement Reference Number: GHS/WRKS/2025/00060
2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (the Act) Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders or is reserved for National/ Resident Companies.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 200,000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred Thousand) only (Stanbic bank, A/c Name: Gayaza High School, A/c No: 9030005991713). The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank slip from the Bursar and pay at the designated Bank with effect from 29th October, 2025. On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the Procurement and Disposal unit at the administration block with effect from 29th October, 2025.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 at or before 11:00 am on 19th November, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX: 13,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Thirteen Million only). Bid securities must be valid until 15th April, 2026. Late bids shall be ejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at Gayaza High School at 11.30am on 19th November, 2025.
7. There shall be no pre-bid meeting but site visit is mandatory.
