Student Activities

Students study a core of compulsory subjects and will be able to choose from a range of elective subjects that will allow them to follow their own interests.

Being busy just got a lot more fun. Pardon us if we get a little boastful of our school and our interests. We were simply born that way. With approximately 21 clubs to choose from, keeping busy and engaged is not an option, it’s how we live.

The shocking number of clubs at Gayaza High School is a reflection of the widespread difference in thought, zeal and goals of our students. There are enough special interest clubs inspired by religion, ethnic and cultural pride, environmental protection and the desire to help those in need. All these are fruits of the girls’ hard work.

Arts clubs thrive at Gayaza High School, making their mark wherever and whenever they get to work. Choose from the exhibitions that have been put in place, the plays that have been staged at prominent theaters ranging from King Solomon to Shaka Zulu to Idi Amin, and yet there are many more to go…

Our dozens of sports activities are more competitive than the oscars and more engaging than world cup and are perfect for a campus full of sportswomen. Whether your passion is running, basket ball, swimming or tennis, there are teams for every athletic interest and every level of play.
